These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Womack's A&G LLC DBA The Little Gym of Fernandina Beach services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Womack's A&G LLC DBA The Little Gym of Fernandina Beach, may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency may vary.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Womack's A&G LLC DBA The Little Gym of Fernandina Beach to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in our SMS and email communications program.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 904-849-2317. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 3 SMS message appointment reminder text messages if you booked an appointment, and 2 SMS messages if you did not book an appointment. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
